Yvonne Denny

Tend Linwood Medical Centre

Yvonne is the Nurse Manager at Tend Linwood, a Registered NZ comprehensive nurse with a Master of Health Science. Upon achieving her registration, Yvonne worked in the healthcare scene of Christchurch and has been a nurse prescriber since Jan 2020. Here, she specialised in secondary acute care and hyperbaric medicine, quickly becoming a notable figure in the management of complex wound care.

She’s dedicated 6+ years to the community at Linwood, where her leadership and clinical expertise have been instrumental. Her special areas of interest include the broad spectrum of wound care, skin related issues, and the continuity of health care through all stages of life. Additionally, she is keen to help and learn more about subfertility and the nuances of perimenopausal and postmenopausal issues, as well as providing tailored care for individuals on the gender diverse pathway.

Yvonne loves working at Linwood being able to provide care to the community and hearing their stories.

I love working at Tend Linwood and being able to provide care as needed for the individual and hearing about their stories.
