The CCT consolidates clinical and administrative tasks that would typically be handled by individual clinics or clinicians, streamlining the workload and improving overall efficiency.

The CCT also plays a key role in driving the standardisation of care delivery, quality of patient experience, and quality of care across the Tend Network.

Jo has worked in Health Care for over 25 years, both in the UK and New Zealand. She has a background in Physiotherapy and has held senior leadership roles across a number of health sectors (public health, primary care, urgent care, ambulance and secondary care services). She is driven by improving processes and delivering high quality, equitable health care.

When she is not working, Jo can be found hiking the great walks or running around after two teenage boys!
