How much does Tend cost?
The price you pay depends on whether you are enrolled with us, or visiting us as a casual patient.
Enrolled patients enjoy cheaper fees and access to funded medical services. There are also discounts available for children, youth and those with Community Services Cards (CSC).
Our mental health service is free for everyone aged 16 and over, whether casual or enrolled.

How do I pay for my Tend appointment?
Enrolled patients:
If you enrolled with Tend directly, you’ll need to pay for your appointment using a credit or debit card. This is our secure in-app payment method and must be set up before your appointment.
Casual patients:
If you’re visiting as a casual patient (not enrolled), you’ll also need to pay by credit or debit card.
Patients from acquired clinics:
If your clinic has recently joined Tend, you may still be able to pay in person using credit/debit card, cash or bank transfer.
Payment plans:
We understand that financial challenges can be stressful, especially when it comes to your health. If you need support, we’re here to help! Call your local clinic to discuss flexible payment plan options.
