From condoms, intra-uterine devices (IUD) and the Depo Provera injection through to oral contraception pills and implants - our expert team can help.
If you're looking for immediate help, chat to a nurse prescriber up to 72 hours after unprotected sex and get a prescription for the Emergency Contraception Pill (ECP) to prevent pregnancy.
All these options can be booked via the app under services.
PrEP consultation
PrEP is an HIV prevention method for people who do not have HIV, but are at risk.
Chat to a GP about PrEP and protecting yourself against HIV.
This confidential service can be booked via the app.
Pessary
A pessary is a small silicon or plastic support placed inside the vagina. It's specifically designed to help lift the vaginal wall and support a prolapsed uterus (womb).
You'll need to see a clinician for an initial consultation, prior to a pessary insertion.
The insertion can be booked via the app, under services.
Sexual health checks
If you're sexually active you're at risk of getting a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Not all STI's have symptoms, so it's always a good idea to get regular sexual health checks.
Chlamydia is the most common STI in New Zealand. Others include gonorrhoea, syphilis, trichomoniasis, HPV and genital warts, genital herpes, Hepatitis B, pubic lice and HIV.
You can reduce the chance of getting an STI by using condoms and having regular screening checks.
Sexual health checks can be discretely booked via the app under services. If you have symptoms, please book an appointment in clinic with a GP or NP first.
