Lasi is one of the lovely practice nurses at Tend Linwood. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Te Pukenga. During her training she had diverse placements that gave her a breadth of practical experience. Lasi's rotations in Aged Care, Mental Health, Older Persons Rehabilitation, and Community Health allowed her to develop a rich understanding of various nursing aspects, including valuable time spent at Etu Pasifika.

Lasi's areas of interests are centered on children's health, women's health, and managing long-term health conditions. Since stepping into the role of a practice nurse, Lasi has found great joy and satisfaction in creating and maintaining therapeutic relationships with her patients.

She values the opportunity to meet new people and is driven by the desire to deliver a positive healthcare experience and to serve the community. Additionally, Lasi speaks English and Samoan, enhancing her ability to provide culturally sensitive care.

In her spare time, she enjoys cleaning, listening to music, relaxing, attending church and spending time with her family.

I feel it is such a rewarding job to be able to serve our people while also creating a positive healthcare experience for those who access our service.
