Meet Nicky, our Head of Nursing at Tend. With almost a decade of experience in Community Based Nursing, Nicky brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

After graduating from the University of Auckland, Nicky went on to pursue further study, earning a PGDip in Advanced Nursing Practice. This dedication to learning and growth ensures that Nicky is equipped with the most up-to-date skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care for our patients.

Nicky's true passion lies in working with children, families, and communities to improve health and wellbeing. With a deep understanding of the unique needs of these groups, Nicky is committed to providing compassionate and supportive care that makes a real difference in their lives.

As our Head of Nursing, Nicky plays a vital role in shaping our healthcare services to meet the specific needs of our patients. With Nicky's expertise and dedication, we are able to provide a personalised and empowering healthcare experience that puts individuals and their wellbeing at the forefront.

My love for community nursing comes from having the opportunity to form trusted relationships with individuals and families, to walk alongside them in their health journey - supporting them to get well and stay well both physically and mentally.
