Sarah (she/her) is a nurse who originally trained in the United States, bringing a wealth of experience to her practice.

Sarah's special area of interest lies in women's health, a passion stemming from her background in labour and delivery as well as postnatal care. As a clinician, she finds fulfillment in the diverse nature of her work, which ranges from women's health to diabetes and wound care. Sarah's enthusiasm for learning is fuelled by the ever-changing and engaging aspects of her profession.

Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with her three young children, enjoying walks and park outings with her family.

I love the diversity of nursing, from women's health to diabetes and wound care. It keeps my day interesting and there is always something new to learn.

Wound care is the process of cleaning, treating, and protecting injuries like cuts and scrapes to help them heal properly and prevent infection.

Diabetes is a medical condition where your body has trouble regulating the sugar in your blood, which can lead to health problems, and it often requires managing blood sugar levels through diet, exercise, and sometimes medication.
