Alex Perry
Director
Alex is an investment manager at Pencarrow Private Equity and a board member at Tend, with a strong focus on high-growth New Zealand businesses.
He originally joined Pencarrow in 2018 and spent over four years working closely with portfolio companies, offering strategic guidance to both management teams and boards.
In 2023, Alex relocated to London and broadened his expertise through corporate strategy and consulting roles at London Business School, YMU Group and CityFibre. He returned to New Zealand and rejoined Pencarrow in 2025, bringing fresh international insights to his expanded responsibilities.
Before joining Pencarrow Alex was part of PwC’s Corporate Finance team.
