Jacqui leads Tend’s legal, risk, and company secretariat functions. She is excited to be part of the transformation of primary healthcare across Aotearoa.
With over 25 years' legal experience working in leading law firms in NZ and the UK, and in senior in-house roles, Jacqui has a proven track record in senior leadership and in helping drive successful business outcomes.
Jacqui plays a key role in delivering Tend's priorities, providing pragmatic legal advice, navigating complex areas and anticipating stakeholder needs. No two days are the same, with advice spanning the full range of corporate and commercial matters, M&A, corporate governance, health regulation and privacy.
Outside of work, Jacqui enjoys tennis and the outdoors, family time and a good book.
