As Tend’s Chief Marketing and Health Promotion Officer, Sarah leads the company’s brand, marketing, and health promotion strategy – driving growth, engagement, and public awareness of Tend’s mission to transform healthcare in Aotearoa.

She’s the architect behind initiatives like Tend Women’s Health Week and plays a key role in how the brand connects meaningfully with communities across the motu.

With over 25 years’ experience on both agency and client sides, Sarah brings a rare depth of expertise in brand strategy, growth marketing, PR and integrated communications. She’s worked with a wide range of organisations – from GlaxoSmithKline and My Food Bag to Auckland Airport, Chapman Tripp, Tait Electonics and Ronald McDonald House.

Driven by strategic thinking and an inquisitive nature, Sarah excels at understanding businesses both in detail and at a holistic level, identifying key drivers for consumer behaviour and translating insights into compelling brand narratives that drive growth.
