Christina is a registered Occupational Therapist and Health Improvement Practitioner trained in the Primary Care Behavioural Health model. Her background includes hospital-based neurological rehabilitation and community roles as a Disability Support Needs Assessor and Service Coordinator for people with high and complex needs. She is trained in CBT and FACT and particularly enjoys using DBT approaches in her work.

Her areas of interest include mental health promotion, brief interventions, psychoeducation, stress and mood management, resilience, emotional regulation, behaviour change, and goal setting. Christina values offering support that is free and accessible, empowering people with practical tools they can use in daily life to build resilience and engage in meaningful routines.

She finds it rewarding to help people of all ages understand the links between their thoughts, behaviours, and feelings, and to provide strategies that support long-term wellbeing.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time in the sun with loved ones, relaxing with a good coffee. She's a passionate animal lover and enjoys hitting the gym for the endorphin boost!

I’ve seen how brief interventions with no barriers to access can truly change lives for the better. I love providing psychoeducation so people can better understand themselves and build practical coping strategies that actually work in their daily lives. I enjoy supporting people to take small, manageable steps toward what matters most, and witnessing how this fosters a deep sense of meaning and purpose.
