Claire is a GP at Tend Kingsland who studied medicine at Bristol Medical School after developing an early interest in both people and science. Her approach to care focuses on understanding each patient as an individual and supporting practical, evidence-based ways to improve overall health and wellbeing.

She has particular interests in lifestyle medicine and preventative health, and enjoys working with patients to make realistic, sustainable changes that support their long-term wellbeing. Claire values building strong relationships with her patients and taking the time to understand what matters most to them.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with her two young children on beach trips, as well as yoga, strength training, running, cooking and reading.

I felt drawn to medicine from my teens, the usual combination of loving people, being fascinated by how things work and wanting to make a positive difference for others.
