Diana (she/her) brings four decades of invaluable experience in the Health and Social Services sector to her role as a Health Improvement Practitioner across Tend Tauranga clinics. Her extensive background includes working as a social worker and manager in various NGOs, specialising in mental health, whānau support, children & youth services, and palliative care.

With people and whānau care at the heart of her practice, Diana focuses on helping individuals and families work toward their desired goals. She understands that involving the whole family in healthcare decisions can lead to improved outcomes through better communication and understanding. Her approach centres on making positive differences in patients' lives, helping to make their everyday experiences easier and lighter.

Outside of her clinical work, Diana enjoys spending time with her mokopuna, doing quizzes, watching movies, and listening to music.

As a Health Improvement Practitioner, people are at the core of our jobs and being able to help people head in the direction they wish to go is a great outcome.
