Dr. Donald (he/him) is a general practitioner who has served the Christchurch community since 2010. A graduate from Stellenbosch University in South Africa, he earned his medical degree in 1997.

He later completed a Diploma in Obstetrics and Medical Gynaecology before entering general practice. Donald is committed to holistic and patient-centred care, emphasising the importance of personal development and growth within the context of the illness experience.

His practice philosophy centres on treating the individual as a whole, integrating physical, emotional, and mental health to promote overall well-being.

Maternal health is the care and support provided to pregnant women and new mothers to ensure a safe and healthy pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period.
Women's health
Women's health focuses on both common and unique aspects, including reproductive health, breast health, gynecological concerns, hormonal changes and mental health.
Children's health
Children's health covers everything related to keeping kids physically and mentally well, from birth to adolescence, including regular check-ups, vaccinations, and addressing common childhood issues.
Pregnancy care
Pregnancy care involves medical and emotional support for a woman when she's expecting a baby, making sure both the mother and baby stay healthy throughout the pregnancy.
