Ella's background includes a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Health Science, a minor in Psychology, personal training qualification and a Master’s in Human Performance Leadership. Her approach is shaped by both professional training and her own lived experience of navigating burnout and rebuilding balance in her life.

Her areas of interest include performance and lifestyle optimisation, movement and functional fitness, behaviour change, work-life balance and burnout recovery. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with their goals, values and daily habits in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

Ella finds it most rewarding to create a supportive space where people feel heard and able to explore what is and is not working in their lives. She works alongside patients to build practical pathways toward meaningful and lasting change.

Outside of work, Ella enjoys spending time outdoors, going to the beach, hiking and caring for her plants. She is also passionate about music and creative activities. She has completed several half marathons and on her triathlon journey.
