Holly began her nursing journey straight after high school, inspired in part by caring for her grandmother who lived with dementia. During her training, a placement in secondary mental health where she fell in love with the field and the challenges and diversity that comes with it.

Over time, she developed a deeper interest in understanding medical conditions and how medications work, which led her to advance her training and become a Nurse Practitioner.

Holly has particular interests in mental health and sexual health. She takes a holistic approach to care, looking beyond the immediate concern to see what else might support a patient’s overall wellbeing. She finds it especially meaningful to help people when they are at their most vulnerable and to make a genuine, lasting impact.

Outside of nursing, Holly enjoys CrossFit, travelling and game sportfishing.

I like being holistic within my care and not focusing just on the presenting complaint, but what else can I help with when I see you. Making an impact is most important to me.
