Jane is a registered nurse working across the Tend Tauranga clinics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Sciences. Jane is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma with the goal of becoming a nurse prescriber.

She has a particular interest in supporting people with chronic illnesses such as diabetes. Her motivation comes from personal experience managing her eldest son’s type 1 diabetes for over 14 years, which has given her insight into the broad impact of chronic conditions on daily life. Jane aims to make a positive difference for patients living with long-term health issues.

Jane values meeting patients at all stages of life and assisting them through their health journeys.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking around the Mount, travelling, spending time with her three sons, extended family and friends.
