Megan is a Certified Health Coach with Wellness Coaching Australia. She has a background in primary education, she brings strong communication skills and a practical approach to helping people make lasting changes to their health and wellbeing.

She has a particular interest in supporting individuals and families to create a healthier work-life balance and build sustainable lifestyle habits that fit into busy everyday life. Megan believes meaningful change starts with small, achievable steps that build confidence over time.

Megan enjoys tailoring her coaching to each person's unique goals and circumstances, helping make healthy choices feel realistic, personalised and achievable.

Outside of work, Megan loves spending time outdoors walking, mountain biking and competing in women's adventure races. She also enjoys cheering on her three children at their sporting events, reading and cooking meals to share with family and friends.
