Priscilla has been passionate about wellbeing since childhood, especially the role nutrition plays in helping people feel their best. She turned that passion into a career by studying Human Nutrition at Ara Institute of Canterbury in 2020 and now supports patients to use food and lifestyle changes as powerful tools for improving health.

Her interests include disease prevention through nutrition, cognitive health in children, sports nutrition, and menopause nutrition, which she specialised in during her studies. Above all, Priscilla loves helping people move toward wellness in a way that feels achievable and meaningful to them.

Outside of work, Priscilla enjoys being outdoors with her blended whānau of five children. Camping, surfing, mountain biking, skiing, and running are all family favourites and she regularly takes part in half marathons.

I specialised in menopause nutrition while I was studying and love this topic. I also have an overarching passion of helping people head towards wellness.
