Robert completed his undergraduate Health Sciences degree at the University of Auckland, majoring in population health, before going on to complete his medical training at the same university. He is passionate about helping people manage their health over the long term and using his role as a GP to make a positive difference in his community.

His areas of interest include Māori health, diabetes and men's health. Robert enjoys using his medical knowledge and clinical skills to support patients and help them achieve better health outcomes.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys staying active through running and playing golf.
