Shabina Safiq

Shabina began her nursing career in Fiji in 2012, inspired by the care and compassion shown to her family during a difficult time. She brings that same empathy to her work today, focusing on delivering quality, patient-centred care.
Her interests include urgent care, where she enjoys the fast-paced, hands-on environment. Plus general practice nursing, which allows her to build ongoing relationships with patients. Shabina is also passionate about immunisation and promoting vaccination across all age groups.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors at beaches and parks, reading, sewing and experimenting with new recipes. A big part of her life is being a supermum to her beautiful daughter.
