Shane Lal

Shane began her nursing career in Fiji before moving to New Zealand, where she completed further study in nursing and advanced clinical practice. She has worked in many different areas of healthcare and also teaches core resuscitation.

Since 2006, she has been involved in humanitarian work overseas, which has strengthened her commitment to caring for people and their communities.

Her key interests involve helping people manage both short-term and long-term health needs. Shane values working closely with patients and their whānau to provide clear, supportive care.

Shane enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking and travelling to learn about different cultures.
