After relocating to NZ, she pursued specialist training in general practice, ultimately becoming a Fellow of the Royal NZ College of GP's. Tanja has practiced as a GP for over 20 years and the majority of her career on the North Shore, making a significant impact on the community.

Tanja's expertise spans several areas of medicine including children's health, women's health, chronic care and primary prevention. She is passionate about empowering patients with the understanding and medical knowledge they need to achieve their full health potential.

For Tanja, the most special aspect of being a GP is having the opportunity to care for families across generations. Building strong relationships and developing lasting trust, ultimately resulting in more personalised and effective care.

Being someone that patients rely on for guidance is not only a responsibility, it is truly a privilege and honour.
