- Wellness advice with a Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) – 30 minutes
Talk through your mental and physical wellbeing, explore coping strategies, and get support for things like mild anxiety, stress, or lifestyle challenges.
- Healthy lifestyle consult with a Health Coach – 30 minutes
Get personalised coaching to support your exercise goals, lifestyle changes, or pre-diabetes management.
- Mental health consult with a GP or Nurse Practitioner – 30 minutes
Work together on a personalised mental health plan. These appointments are ideal if you need a diagnosis, prescription, or referral.
For casual patients (no enrolment required):
Free Mental Wellness appointment with a Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) – 30 minutes
Video chat with a HIP to get practical strategies you can start using straight away. These sessions are completely free for everyone in Aotearoa, whether or not you’re a Tend patient. You can book directly through the Tend app.
