How to view appointment notes

If you use the Tend app, you can access your consultation notes - whether your appointment was in-clinic or online.

If you consented to the clinician using Tend Scribe, our AI-powered transcription tool, your notes will be automatically transcribed and then reviewed by the clinician. These notes are presented in an easy-to-understand format and form part of your care plan.

To view your consultation notes:

• Open the Tend app
• Click “Appointments” in the bottom navigation bar
• Under “Previous appointments”, select the date you want to review (e.g Mon, 4 Nov 2024)
• Your consultation summary will appear. If Tend Scribe was used, the notes will reflect this transcription.
