Your primary clinician is the GP or nurse practitioner we've recommended as your go-to clinician in the Tend app. They've been chosen because they already know you, whether that's from a single visit or many visits. They are the most familiar with your care.
Why have I been assigned a primary clinician?
Having a primary clinician means you're building a relationship with someone who understands your history, your needs and your health goals over time. Having this relationship leads to better health outcomes. Once you’ve been assigned one, we’ll notify you in the app. If you don’t have the app, we’ll notify you by email who your primary clinician is.
