Yes! If you haven't seen your GP in over three years, your enrolment will expire, and you’ll lose access to the lower enrolled patient fees.
How to keep your enrolment active
- Book a routine health check or an appointment for any health concern.
- Schedule an annual health check in the Tend app—many people find it helpful to book around their birthday as a yearly health WOF!
- We will send you email reminders if your enrolment is about to expire
- If you don’t need an appointment but want to stay enrolled, let our Customer Experience Team know by:
