The easiest way is to add a debit or credit card to the Tend app - just like Uber, payment is deducted after your consult. You must add a credit/debit card to create a Tend account in the app.
Otherwise, you'll need to call your local clinic to book appointments, manage your health and make payments at reception after your visit.

Billing & invoices
You can manage and pay your bills directly through the Tend app:
- View and download invoices in PDF format (handy for insurance claims!).
- Choose how much you’d like to pay toward any outstanding bills and pay directly through the app.
- You can pay a portion you’re comfortable with at a time, you don’t have to pay the full amount in one go.
To access your invoices:
- Click “Account” on the bottom navigation bar
- Click “Invoices” under Billing
