How to add a Community Services Card

A Community Services Card (CSC) in New Zealand helps people on lower incomes pay less for healthcare and prescriptions. You must be enrolled with Tend to add a Community Services Card. You can't upload a CSC card if you are a casual patient.

To add your CSC card in the app: 

• Click “Account” on the bottom navigation bar
• Click your name under “Profiles”
• Scroll down till you see “Add Community Services Card” 
• Take a photo of your Community Services Card 
• Our team will then validate your card
