If you're unable to log in to your Tend account on the app or website, your account may have been locked. This happens automatically when an incorrect security code has been entered too many times.
Why does this happen?
When you log in to Tend, we send a one-time security code to your mobile number. If this code is entered incorrectly too many times, your account will be temporarily locked to keep your information safe.
How to get back into your Tend account
You have two options to regain access to your account:
1) Wait it out
Your account will automatically unlock within 5 hours. If you don't need access urgently, this is the easiest option.
2) Contact our support team
If you need access sooner, get in touch and we'll get you sorted.
