Enrolled patients
Enrolment is currently available to residents in Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Canterbury. An enrolled patient is someone who has chosen Tend as their primary care provider.
If you're unable to log in to your Tend account on the app or website, your account may have been locked. This happens automatically when an incorrect security code has been entered too many times.
When you log in to Tend, we send a one-time security code to your mobile number. If this code is entered incorrectly too many times, your account will be temporarily locked to keep your information safe.
You have two options to regain access to your account:
1) Contact your local support team
For fastest response, we recommend calling your nearest clinic during business hours.

2) Wait for your account to unlock
If you don't need immediate access, your account will unlock automatically after 5 hours. Once unlocked, you can try logging in again.
